Operator Associate I

Role Overview

As a Machine Operator, you will be trained to maintain a safe, clean, and friendly work environment, perform quality measurements, and operate and adjust machines within process control limitations.

What You Will Do

Perform quality measurements, operate and adjust machines, identify and troubleshoot needed repairs of machinery, generate breakdown work orders, and work closely with process technician and other support staff.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to climb, ambulate independently, and heed safety warnings, devices, and alarms
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.
