Demand and Supply Planner

Role Overview

Join the Planning team within our Supply Chain organization to play a key role in connecting market demand with reliable supply and making a real impact on business performance. The team translates market demand into clear, executable supply and inventory plans that support smooth, efficient operations across the business.

What You Will Do

As a Demand and Supply Planner, you will analyze sales trends, review historical forecast accuracy, and create a rolling 24-month demand forecast. You will also establish strong interfaces with Sales and Business Finance, set and review MRP master data, and manage product phase-in and phase-out plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain planning or similar roles, with a proven track record
• Strong hands-on experience with MRP systems, including SAP IBP, SAP MM, and APO
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis / data mining
• Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
