Role Overview

Join us as our new Project Manager-Capital Expenditures. You will directly manage capital projects or parts of capital projects to include planning and follow-up on project deliverables, schedule, scope, budget development, safety, staffing, design, procurement, installation, start-up, and project handover for CapEx projects in the Americas Region.

What You Will Do

Directly manages capital projects across the Americas, overseeing planning, execution, and handover—including scope, schedule, budget (USD 200K–5M), safety, staffing, and procurement—with autonomy and strong stakeholder engagement. Conducting onsite construction audits to ensure safety and quality standards, fostering accountability and effective team delegation.

Requirements

• BS in engineering discipline or related field
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience in the processing industry
• Experience in construction of various technical objectives in manufacturing environments
• Proven project management skills in schedule, scope and budget management
• Project management certification or PMP a plus
• Good organizational skills and effective written and oral communication skills in both local language and English
