Job description
Provide support with customer service, directing customer demands, and updating Supply Chain KPIs. Act in initiatives for continuous improvement and support the foreign trade department.
Receive, review, and process orders, questionnaires, and documents. Assist in operational logistics planning, backoffice activities, and inventory control.
Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain/Logistics operations, inventory management, and document inspection is a plus. Knowledge of ERP and Power Automate is desirable.
