ELECTRICAL PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

At Nox Group, we seek a Project Superintendent to support the construction of challenging projects in the Southwest. The role ensures corporate safety and quality plans are implemented, and supports Foreman and Field Superintendents to ensure job site safety and quality.

• Corporate safety and quality plans aligned with project-specific requirements
• Job site safety implementation
• Supporting Foreman and Field Superintendents
• Quality of site production
• Strong working relationship with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and Human Resources
• Labor projections accuracy
• Project schedule adherence
• Comprehensive project plans development
• Field Superintendents and Foreman development
• Customer rapport building
• Complex project execution success
• Project team accountability
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
