Requirements
- Rigorously follow the established quality management system and adherence to corporate standards
- Enforce quality control processes and procedures for all construction projects
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess project quality performance
- Manage a team of inspectors and junior inspectors
- Review contractual documents for quality requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in construction processes
- Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and monitor progress
- Provide guidance and support to superintendents, field superintendents, and engineers
- Travel to various job sites as needed
- Work in extreme weather conditions and elements
