OUTSIDE PLANT CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN I (Green Bay, WI)

Responsible for installing copper and fiber network communication infrastructure, operating construction equipment, and performing installation, testing, and repair of aerial and underground systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Prior hands-on experience or technical knowledge preferred
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for DOT requirements
• Ability to kneel, dig, lift, and pull
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to climb poles, ladders, towers and other structures as needed
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
• Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions
• Class A CDL (including acceptable driving record) preferred
