Processing Operator- Swing Shift (Encapsulation)

Role Overview

Performs duties as a Processing Operator on the swing shift, including setting up, adjusting, and operating encapsulating, tableting, coating, stick pack equipment and pill picking equipment. Monitors quality of production runs and recommends changes to operation procedures as needed.

What You Will Do

Produces, tests, and inspects products for quality; operates and monitors production equipment; inspects, sets up, and cleans equipment; completes paperwork and performs computer input.

Requirements

• Four years of high school plus specific course requirements
• Knowledge of weights and measurements (i.e. metric system)
• RedZone and Oracle
• Skill in operating process equipment
• Basic math skills
• General computer skills
• Ability to monitor process equipment and keep accurate records
• Ability to maneuver heavy weights
• Prioritize multiple assignments
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to communicate well with coworkers
