We are seeking a Corporate Development M&A Specialist Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. The role will lead and support M&A transactions across North America and Asia Pacific, working on high-impact deals in the Technology Services space.
Requirements
- Contributes to development of the M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas/potential targets across the technology services space in North America and Asia Pacific.
- Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to assess investments including valuation, synergy analysis via discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario, sensitivity and ROI/IRR analysis.
- Day to day management of project teams across diligence process and coordinating with cross-functional internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, bankers).
- Develops detailed investment evaluation materials (at the executive level) in support of investment committee and board reviews.
- Support the development of deal pipeline by cultivating relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and industry founders.
- Develop and maintain industry and competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform investment decisions and strategy
