Digital Transformation Enablement Specialist

Role Overview

The Digital Transformation Enablement Specialist is responsible for assessing, evaluating, and implementing digital technologies to improve employee and customer experiences, operational efficiency, and productivity. This role applies digital technologies and user experience design principles to bring improvements to the organisation's digital roadmap.

What You Will Do

Key roles and responsibilities include collaborating with senior management, creating adoption plans for new digital technologies, designing and delivering training programmes, and driving optimisation and cost reduction through centralisation and digitalisation.

Requirements

• Seasoned, experienced professional
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP), are advantageous
• ITIL Foundation (minimum) or higher
• SIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be advantageous
• Seasoned proven experience in a similar role within a global Information Technology organisation
• Seasoned proven experience in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, technology adoption, or change management within an Information Technology environment
