Lead Agentic AI & Java Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Agentic AI & Java Integration Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The role involves driving the evolution of enterprise applications by embedding advanced AI reasoning and integrating it with Java/Spring Boot ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience in enterprise Java and Spring Boot
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and prompt engineering
• Proven experience building and scaling RAG pipelines and working with Vector Databases
• Extensive experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks and LLM observability metrics
• Strong background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and building resilient API ecosystems
