Senior Salesforce Developer

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including development, incident resolution, and production support.

Requirements

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide production support for Salesforce applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and incidents.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce-related incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Support deployment activities across environments using standard release management practices.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend long-term fixes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge articles.
