Job Description
Join NTT DATA as a TS Implementation Engineer (L1) and make an impact with a company renowned for technical excellence and leading innovations. As an entry-level subject matter expert, you will learn the skills to work closely with the TS Systems Integration team to action configurations, installations, and attend to break/fix events.
Requirements
- Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles
- Ability to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processes
- Strong learning orientation
- Good verbal communication skills
- Client service orientation
- Hands-on proactive in approach
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Some exposure to deployments for less complex tasks
- Understanding of two or more technologies, namely Data Center, Networking, Security, Collaboration, Customer experience, End User Compute etc.
