We are looking for an Operational Risk Specialist to own and evolve Nubank's operational risk framework across all geographies. The role requires experience in operational risk management in the financial services industry, a generalist risk profile, and strong second line of defense mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing methodology, setting standards, and ensuring regional teams execute against them consistently.

• Solid experience in Operational Risk Management in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with risk frameworks
