
Job description
As a Founding Support Engineer at Nuclearn.ai, you will own technical support end-to-end, bridging the gap between customers and engineering, and building the support playbook from scratch. You will operate as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy and direct influence across engineering, customer success, and customer environments.
You will diagnose problems, monitor platform health proactively, and build the support playbook from scratch. You will also translate customer-reported symptoms into actionable technical information, shield engineering from noise, and ensure that nothing critical gets dropped.
You will have high autonomy and direct influence across engineering, customer success, and customer environments. You will also have the opportunity to establish Nuclearn's first structured technical support function, dramatically reduce engineering interrupt load, and improve customer experience.
