Job Description
Nuleaf Lawn Care is looking for Territory Managers to provide service and solutions for our customer’s lawns. This individual is responsible for a territory and will lead a team of 3 to 5 individuals within the territory.
Requirements
- Provide service in a specific route and provide proper and timely turf applications using power equipment and hand equipment.
- Provide customers with thorough inspections and evaluations of the lawn and landscape and provide solutions and reports.
- Responsible for mixing and applying pesticides and fertilizers according to diagnosis, label instructions, and best management practices.
- Utilize our software on a mobile device for routing and documenting work completed while taking pictures and entering notes.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Interact with clients while promoting our core values and mission.
- Continue to update job knowledge and work with team members to ensure we are working according to the best management practices.
- Selling or upselling Services to existing customers and prospects.
