Job Description
Nursing and Therapy Services of Colorado (NTSOC) seeks an experienced RN Coordinator to support high-quality in-home care for pediatric and adult clients. The role coordinates IHSS/Agency-based services, supports individualized care planning, ensures compliance, and serves as a clinical resource for home-based care teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of RN clinical experience
- 2 years of nursing experience in home health or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Colorado RN license in good standing with the Department of Regulatory Agencies
- BLS required
