Private Duty Nurse (RN)

NTSOC is looking for a compassionate nurse to provide high quality nursing care for pediatric and adult clients in their home setting to improve their quality of life.

Requirements

• Provide one on one care to a single client in their home setting and while in the community.
• Implement the client’s physician ordered plan of care and nursing interventions while adhering to agency policies.
• Perform assessments to monitor the health status of the client.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document performed interventions and treatments.
• Assists clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor client progress toward home health care goals.
• Educate the client and family regarding the plan of care and nursing care needs.
