Role Overview

Join Nutreco's global laboratory network transformation to enable harmonized processes, trusted data, and digital innovation. Work hands-on with laboratory data, systems, and teams across regions to support alignment and help laboratories transition to harmonized ways of working.

What You Will Do

Work directly with laboratories to review, structure, and align LIMS data to defined global standards. Support implementation of harmonized laboratory workflows, provide hands-on support to labs during implementation, and contribute to data clean-up, migration preparation, and validation activities.

Requirements

• Experience working with large datasets
• Experience working with systems or processes
• Basic project management or project support experience
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured way of working
• Exposure to or basic understanding of change management
• Good communication skills in an international environment
