Multi-Skilled Operator

Role Overview

The Multi-Skilled Operator executes a broad range of operational activities/processes, in accordance with established specifications and (quality, safety and environment) guidelines, to achieve the production / operational targets for the assigned area.

What You Will Do

Take the inventory of medication bags daily; Take the inventory of micro-ingredient bags as needed; Maintain full micro-silos and tote silos, ensuring that the suggested lots are taken from the ERP; Keep the warehouse floor clean at all times; Unload dry-box trucks, receive them in the system, and place the merchandise in their respective locations; Perform the medication reconciliation procedure; Keep the micro-silo and tote silo environments clean; Replace production employees during breaks; Make manual additions; Empty the moulange and central vacuum containers when necessary; Take samples of finished products.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The job involves 12:30 pm shifts, spread over 3 consecutive days per week. The responsibilities include cleaning the interior and exterior areas of the factory, including the removal of accumulated materials on the floor and the collection of waste on the site, the taking of inventory of inputs and finished products, as well as the sampling and quality analysis of ingredients and manufactured products.

Requirements

• Ability to operate all types of equipment and machinery
• Proficiency in the specialized use of materials, equipment and tools
• Broad practical work experience
• Ability to stand-in for supervisory roles in production
