FP&A Manager

Nuts.com is a self-funded, profitable, rapidly growing multi-channel DTC specialty food and wellness company. We're looking for a FP&A Manager to own financial insights and decision support across key commercial and operational domains.

Requirements

• 6-9+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience
• 5+ years supporting a DTC or ecommerce business
• Demonstrated experience operating in small-to-mid sized businesses
• Strong command of unit economics, contribution margin, and incremental profitability
• Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing, production, or distribution economics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Benefits

• Annual Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 plus annual bonus
