
Job description
The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional client care and performing clerical tasks related to animal care at the Kodiak Veterinary Clinic. The role involves interacting with clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining veterinary medical records.
Provide friendly client care, receive and respond to calls and emails, schedule appointments, prepare forms, and follow hospital policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations.
