We are looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team at West Mountain Animal Hospital. The ideal candidate is hardworking, friendly, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking.
Answer phones, schedule appointments and surgeries, take messages, resolve client issues, greet clients, cash out clients, and organize appointments.
This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, reliable, and has excellent computer skills. The ability to work well with others and have a positive, upbeat attitude is also essential.
