Requirements
- Assist in the planning and execution of research projects
- Conduct experiments and tests to collect data
- Analyze data and assist in preparing technical reports
- Help in the design, development, and implementation of new and improved products
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results
- Work closely with the research and development team to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
- Implement techniques for tests, defining methodologies, tools and best practices, necessary for the continuous improvement
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of the organization's raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, with a focus on new product development
