Job description
As a Platform Operations Sr. Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Nasdaq's trading systems and market operations. You will support real-time 24/7 technical operations, troubleshoot issues across production environments, and partner closely with clients and internal teams to maintain seamless service delivery.
Monitor production systems in real time, identify emerging issues, and drive resolution to ensure platform uptime and performance. Support daily market operations, including system startup and shutdown procedures, application updates, and recovery processes.
