Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a current Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and translate business needs into platform solutions
• Experience working in sandbox environments and deploying changes through structured release processes
