Operations Manager

O'Brien is seeking an Operations Manager to lead operational delivery for their Electrical & Plumbing division's service contracts team, while supporting sales function to win and grow business across their expanding property services portfolio.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in an operations leadership role within a service-based business
• Proven experience managing and developing teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering solutions
• Commercial acumen with experience managing performance and costs
• High level of computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, job management systems)
• Demonstrated drive for results and continuous improvement
