Seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to welcome members and guests, providing exceptional service and hospitality.
Requirements
- Screen and route incoming telephone calls
- Welcome members and guests, provide information and answer queries
- Operate office equipment
- Maintain cash handling policies and procedures
- Sell cigars and cigarettes and bill members
- Prepare bills for special events
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk area
