Job Description
Oakmont Country Club is seeking attentive, responsible, and service-oriented Lifeguards to join our Aquatics team. Lifeguards are responsible for monitoring pool activities, ensuring the safety of members and guests, and enforcing all pool rules and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Lifeguard certification required
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required
- Strong attention to safety and ability to remain alert for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
