
Job description
The HR Administration is responsible for personnel administration management, including hiring and termination practices, employment contract variations, and support for employees with personnel administration information. The role also involves collecting and verifying required documents for payroll processing and managing employee master data on the management system.
Help create and update personnel data in HR software, support managing documentation for employee hires and terminations, perform general administrative tasks, draft documents and declarations for employees, and assist the HR department in various projects.
The ideal candidate is a university student or degree holder in economics or related fields, fluent in Italian and German or English, with proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
