
Job description
The HR Administration Specialist is responsible for executing administrative processes related to monthly wage closures, contractual matters, and labor law. They will manage budgeting, reporting, and labor cost planning processes, and serve as a competent interlocutor in labor law.
The role involves drafting employment contracts, verifying and executing monthly payroll, providing service assistance to employees, managing documentation, and updating employee data in HR software.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in economics, solid knowledge of labor law, and at least five years of experience in administrative matters within a Personnel Office or professional studio.
