Physicians Choice Home Health is recruiting for a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join their Home Healthcare Team. The role involves providing quality home health visits to patients in their homes. The team is committed to providing the highest level of care to patients.

Requirements

• Current California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written care instructions and accurately document services provided
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes
• Experience in Home Healthcare
