Event Coordinator

Event Coordinator position at ObservePoint, assisting in planning and execution of tradeshows, flagship events, and field events, requiring 2+ years of experience in event coordination, strong attention to detail, and technical skills.

Requirements

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain processes & strategies
• 2+ years experience supporting or coordinating events, tradeshows, or conferences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to build repeatable processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Skilled at managing shifting priorities and adapting to dynamic event timelines
• Technically adept and self-motivated
• Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, project management platforms, MarTech tools, and event registration tools is a plus
• Effective working independently and in cross-functional team environments
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and high level of professionalism
• A strong aptitude for being results driven
• Experience and familiarity with social media management
• Valid passport and willingness to travel (mostly domestic, potentially international)
