The Restaurant Server is responsible for serving all guests according to established standards of quality.
Requirements
- Maintain established company and Departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times
- Work with a computerized POS system
- Complete set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion
- Familiar with pre-check and cashiering procedures
- Adhere to state liquor laws
- Relay guest complaints/compliments to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment
- Knowledge of safety/guest liability procedures
