Network and Systems Technician

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Network and Systems Technician for our Strasbourg agency as part of the development of our Infrastructure teams. You will work within a team of around 15 people, providing level 0 and 1 user support, intervening in the management of different clients, and participating in the update and evolution of infrastructures.

What You Will Do

Provide level 0 and 1 user support, intervene in the management of different clients, participate in the update and evolution of infrastructures, manage common incidents related to workstations, connections, peripherals, and user accounts, and take charge of SAV missions.
