Job Description
Oddball is seeking a Vice President of Federal Business Development to lead growth strategy across their federal portfolio, building the pipeline and relationships that drive their next chapter. The role will involve driving a multi-year business development pipeline across federal civilian and defense agencies, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and building trusted relationships with government stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven federal business development experience
- Deep familiarity with HHS, CMS, and/or adjacent federal civilian agency markets
- Experience working in an integrated BD and capture model
