MEV Infrastructure Engineer (Web3 / DeFi)

You’ll design and operate the infrastructure that powers high-speed blockchain transaction execution across decentralised networks, with a focus on MEV systems, DeFi execution pipelines, and low-latency blockchain infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong experience with systems programming in Rust, Go, or C++
• Deep understanding of Ethereum architecture, EVM internals, and transaction lifecycles
• Experience working with mempool data, RPC infrastructure, or validator systems
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, on-chain execution mechanics, and gas optimisation
• Familiarity with Flashbots, MEV-Boost, private relays, or block-building concepts
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems
• Understanding of blockchain networking, consensus, and node operations
• Ability to analyse complex on-chain behaviour and optimise execution strategies
