The Senior Manager, Total Rewards owns the design, execution, and optimization of the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures programs are competitive, compliant, and financially sound while supporting business objectives and a consistent employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
- Experience managing total rewards in a multi-site, multi-state environment
- Dayforce or similar HRIS experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of self-funded medical plans, including carved-out pharmacy
- Experience managing multiple pay groups and complex payroll structures
- Deep understanding of multi-state compliance; Puerto Rico exposure preferred
- Experience with 401(k) compliance and audit processes
- Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and improve programs
- Experience with wellness/population health initiatives
- Experience managing vendor integrations and file feeds
