Analytics Engineer (Data modeling)

Analytics Engineer (Data modeling) with 2–4 years of experience to own and evolve our modern data stack, building and maintaining well-structured data models in the warehouse, defining how data is organized, transformed, and consumed across the company.

Requirements

• Build and maintain robust data models in dbt, leveraging advanced features, macros, and best practices
• Structure and transform data into clear layers (staging, intermediate, marts)
• Maintain and support our data infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize data syncs, warehouse performance, and cost
• Support Looker dashboards and explores by ensuring accurate and well-modeled underlying data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive decision-making
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integration challenges
• Act as a subject-matter expert on the data, its relationships, and overall structure
