Officeworks is seeking a dynamic Store Business Manager to lead and inspire a large team in their Sydney CBD, Inner West and Northern Suburbs stores. The ideal candidate will have experience guiding large retail teams, strong leadership and motivational skills, and a passion for creating a safe and positive culture.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on leadership experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L
- Flexibility to work across a span of hours
- Ability to translate business strategy into a message that is easy to understand for the team
