IT Manager

Offworld is seeking an IT Manager to join their Technology Department in New Westminster, BC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for their role, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high-level understanding of IT infrastructure, computer game development, and security.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience working as an IT manager or similar
• 6 years minimum experience working in IT
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A high level understanding and experience in the following areas: Computer game development hardware, Game server hosting and development environments, Windows AD, Windows servers, Linux, SSH, Virtualization architectures (VMs, Containers, etc.), Virtualization environments (Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.), Networks - internal and external, Wireguard, VPN, VLAN, PFSense, Storage systems, SAN/NAS (TrueNAS, Dell PowerVault), Security, FW rules/settings, Resource and access isolation
