Job description
Join a team of industry professionals as a Technical Writer to create operating and maintenance manuals, service manuals, and other technical materials for OGI's product lines. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Production, QA, and others to develop materials describing equipment operation, troubleshooting, and repair. Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple deadline-driven projects are required.
Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, gather and analyze technical information, write and format procedural and technical information, assist in planning and tracking documentation work, and maintain a library of application documentation.
The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, ability to juggle multiple deadline-driven projects, and experience in creating documentation for audiences with various levels of technical skill.
