
Job description
The Testing and Service Support Technician is responsible for conducting thorough testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. This role combines technical expertise with hands-on service support to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
Conduct detailed testing on equipment, perform Factory Acceptance Tests, and maintain detailed documentation of results. Respond to customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service. Perform repairs and startups on water bath heaters and industrial heaters.
This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with other teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
