Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Performance Strategy team within a leading health agency supporting pharmaceutical clients. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling - transforming complex, multi-source datasets into actionable performance insights that drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, performance strategy, or a related role (healthcare/pharma or agency experience preferred)
• Strong experience pulling, manipulating, and preparing large datasets for analysis
• Technical fluency in: Web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), Media performance data (paid search, paid social, programmatic, display), Survey and research tools (Mintel, Kantar, MARS), Healthcare claims data (IQVIA, Symphony Health)
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize across multiple data streams
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity to stay current on industry trends
