Outpatient Neuro Physical Therapist

To competently interpret the patient's history and baseline level of function and complete an assessment appropriate to the patient's areas of deficits. Establishes and carries out a plan of care to include patient treatment and reassessment, patient/family instruction, discharge planning, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
• LIC - Licensed in Field - State of Ohio
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in outpatient realm with focus on neurologic population
• Additional Certifications for neuro evaluation and treatment such as LSVT BIG, NDT, CSRS, CBIS are beneficial but not required
