Job description
The Senior Sourcing Specialist is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for transforming organizational product needs into sourcing plans and execution. This role negotiates pricing and terms, establishes and maintains strategic partnerships, and leads the execution of supply agreements that ensure supply continuity and financial health.
Strategic Sourcing: Lead sourcing activities to identify, assess, select, and onboard suppliers. New Product Development: Partner cross-functionally in the new product development process to gather requirements, issue and negotiate RFPs/RFQs, and identify optimal suppliers.
This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, negotiation, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
