Job Description
Assists in all phases of the modernization and technical services of Oklahoma City Housing Authority and Community Enhancement properties. Supervises Technical Services staff and ensures efficient work-order performance, effective completion times, and adequate billing of work performed.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in construction management, public administration, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of five years actual rehabilitation and modernization work, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Knowledge of construction, and applicable laws and regulations relating to the modernization of public housing projects
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Valid Oklahoma Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
