Job Description
Perform grounds maintenance duties, operate heavy equipment, and make-ready unoccupied units. Must be available for emergency and after-hours work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, with vocational school training or three years Grounds Maintenance related employment or a combination thereof.
- Valid Oklahoma Driver license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, raise or lower 50 pounds.
- Near vision sufficient to read and complete work orders and forms.
- Hearing and speech sufficient to communicate effectively in person and by radio and telephone.
