Okta is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join their GTM Strategy and Incentive Design team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and analytical, with a blend of analytical rigor and communication skills. They will manage the end-to-end monthly/quarterly commission cycle, ensure accurate and timely payouts for the global sales force, and identify process improvements within the sales compensation function.
