Design Director, Design Systems & Visual Experience

OKX is seeking a global leader in Design Systems & Visual Experience to shape the creative standard across product touchpoints. This role focuses on designing a visually distinctive and scalable global brand and product ecosystem, balancing creativity and impact with efficiency. The individual will drive design across CeFi, DeFi, and Web3, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and unified brand experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both visual design & design systems.
• Strong expertise in product design art direction and visual storytelling.
• Deep knowledge of systematic design thinking and building scalable systems.
• Experience scaling design teams and building cross-functional design operations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at C-suite level.
• Track record of inspiring globally distributed teams.
• Ability to set strategic design direction and influence stakeholders.
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a demanding environment.
